THERE IS NO PECTIN USED IN THIS PRODUCT

Important information : Homemade Strawberry Jam can last for about one year when stored in a cool dark, place, unopened. If kept in the refrigerator after opening, it can last for about 2-3 weeks. Our jams are water bath canned to ensure proper canning/sealing.

Store your unopened jars of jam in a cool, dark place (example: pantry or cupboard). It is important to avoid placing or leaving your jam in places with temperature fluctuations, such as near a stove or in direct sunlight.

After opening your jam: once opened, keep the jam in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life and ALWAYS USE CLEAN UTENSILS, to avoid contamination.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, CHECK FOR SPOILAGE. Visual inspection : look for signs of mold or unusual separation , I.e. the seal not being intact, discard it. Smell : If the jam has any off - putting smell, discard it. Taste : If you are unsure, taste only a small amount, BUT IF YOU NOTICE ANY OFF FLAVORS, DISCARD IT!

IF YOUR JAM DOES NOT PASS VISUAL INSPECTION, SMELL, AND TASTE, DO NOT CONSUME AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY
